I'm a Senior Project Manager at Formula International, an Istanbul-based luxury millwork and fit-out contractor, with more than 12 years of experience delivering high-end interiors from shop drawings through to installation. My work covers the full project lifecycle: shop drawing coordination, BOQ preparation, procurement, production follow-up, and international site coordination. I've managed projects across Europe, the Gulf, Central Asia, the UK and the US for clients including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Mandarin Oriental, Aquazzura and YOTEL, in retail, hospitality and residential settings where precision, finish quality and on-time delivery are non-negotiable. I'm comfortable working between design teams, main contractors, suppliers and factory floors, and I focus on keeping scope, cost and programme under control on complex, multi-country jobs. I've also built Millwo, a project management platform for millwork, so I bring a practical, tech-minded approach to tracking and delivery.
