1. Posting a Project
The project owner creates a listing describing their requirements. This listing is published globally on the Tenderely Global LLC platform, making it accessible to verified service providers worldwide.
2. Receiving Proposals
Service providers on the platform submit proposals for the project. Only the project owner can view these proposals — providers cannot see each other’s offers, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
3. Reviewing Companies
The project owner can access full company details by visiting each provider’s profile page. This transparency allows them to evaluate expertise, past work, and reliability before making a decision.
4. Communication & Negotiation
Once interested, the project owner can message or schedule a video call with a chosen provider to discuss project details. When both sides agree on terms, the project can officially begin.
5. Starting the Project
The project owner clicks “Start Project” to initiate. If the project involves multiple stages, milestones can be defined. Each milestone begins once the project owner funds it.
6. Secure Payment Holding
For every funded milestone, Stripe securely holds the payment on behalf of the service provider, ensuring that the funds are fully guaranteed. The provider begins work with the confidence that payment has already been secured.
