The Renter selects equipment or vehicles from verified Product Owners on Tenderely Global LLC . The Renter’s identity is also verified to ensure trust on both sides. By accepting the rental terms, the Renter confirms the agreement and proceeds with the rental.
2. Secure Payment Guarantee
When a rental is confirmed, the Renter makes the payment. The funds are securely held through Stripe on behalf of the Product Owner.
The Product Owner receives payment only after the Renter confirms that the item has been delivered and the rental period has officially started.
This guarantees that both sides are protected at the beginning of the process.
3. During the Rental Period
The Product Owner provides the rented item as agreed, and the Renter uses it within the defined rental terms. Both sides can communicate directly through the platform for coordination or support.
4. Independent Expert Intervention (If Needed)
If issues arise — such as equipment malfunction, breakdowns, damage, or dissatisfaction with the rental — Tenderely Global LLC ’s independent experts intervene.
They review all communications, rental terms, and evidence within the platform.
If necessary, they conduct on-site inspections.
Acting with complete impartiality, they ensure fair resolution by requiring corrections, compensation, or replacement where needed.
