Infrastructure project delivery and site management

I manage the delivery of utility and infrastructure packages, including water, sewer, storm drainage and ducts, for developers and main contractors in Qatar. My focus is keeping interfaces, permits and subcontractors aligned so the program does not slip. Services: - Construction planning and look-ahead programs - Coordination with utility authorities and NOCs - Subcontractor and quality management - Progress reporting to the client
