Owner's representative for villa and compound projects

I act as the owner's technical representative on villa and small compound projects in Al Rayyan and Doha. My role is to protect the client's interest: checking the contractor's submittals, monthly payments and site quality. - Review of drawings and material submittals - Weekly site inspections and reports - Payment certificate checks - Snag list and handover Fixed monthly fee depending on project size.
