INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for farms and greenhouses.

On a farm the work follows the season, while the records usually follow a notebook: what was planted on which plot, when it was sprayed, when harvesting is allowed, which plot made money this season. Tenderely BPM ties all of it to the planting record, and the system adapts to how your farm works, not the other way round.

What does a farm repeat?

01
Plots and seasons
You need to know which crop went into which plot or greenhouse in which season; every later record links to that planting.
02
Irrigation, fertilising and spraying
Each application needs its date, input and quantity on record. Spraying should not happen before an agronomist has approved it.
03
Pre-harvest interval
A sprayed crop must not be harvested before the product's waiting period has passed. Keep that date in your head and one day it slips.
04
Input stock
Seed, seedlings, fertiliser, plant protection products and fuel must not run out mid-season, and expired inputs should be noticed.
05
Harvest and sales
Harvested quantity, grade, dispatch to the buyer and payment are one story; kept in different places, net income never shows.
06
Machinery and costs
Miss a tractor service and it breaks down on the busiest day. Inputs, labour, fuel and rent should be booked to the plot.

Where does this break down today?

Spraying records live in a notebook
Ask which product was applied when, by whom and with whose approval, and the answer is in handwriting or in a phone call nobody remembers.
Harvest dates are worked out by hand
The waiting period is counted manually every time. Pick one plot too early in a busy week and the problem travels to the buyer with the crop.
Profit per plot is unknown
When all costs land in one pile, which plot and which crop actually earned money stays unclear even after the season ends.
Payments slip past due
If payment for dispatched produce is not chased on its due date, receivables build up and nobody knows which sale is still open.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Spraying is an approved workflow
An application is planned, the agronomist approves it, then it is carried out; who approved what and when is recorded as a by-product.
02
A timer tracks the waiting period
After spraying, the workflow waits for the product's pre-harvest interval and announces when the crop is clear to harvest.
03
Yield and cost come from the data
Harvests and costs are tied to the planting and the plot, so yield and cost per plot and income per crop read straight off the dashboard.
04
Stock and servicing remind you
Inputs dropping to a critical level, approaching expiry dates, machinery service and expected harvests trigger in-app, e-mail, SMS or push notifications.
05
Records are entered in the field
A published form works on the web and in the iOS/Android app at the same time, so applications and harvests are logged from a phone on site.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made farm setup?

+
Yes. The Farm & Greenhouse package installs with forms, the spraying approval workflow, dashboards and reports. Forms arrive as drafts and automations start switched off, so you adjust them to your farm and then publish.

Does it cover livestock?

+
This package is built for crop production: plots, greenhouses, plantings, applications and harvests. For a different kind of production you can add your own forms or adapt the existing ones.

Can our buyers log in?

+
If you want them to. A buyer is invited as a linked user and sees only their own record, and you decide which fields are visible. Your internal cost data is not opened to them.
