Inventory and stock control in one flow.
A stock record that does not match reality is worse than none: nobody reorders what the system says you have, and work stops. The fault is usually not the system but the fact that entries are not made where the work happens. Tenderely BPM moves the record to the shop floor.
What does an inventory process repeat?

Goods receipt
Deliveries must be checked against the order; a short or damaged delivery not recorded on arrival is argued about later.

Who took what, and for which job — with no record, neither stock nor cost adds up.

Counting
Periodic counts reveal the gap. A count transcribed from paper is both late and wrong.

Low-stock levels
An item below your threshold needs reordering when it runs low, not when it runs out.

Movement between sites must be booked at both ends; a one-sided entry only widens the gap.

Food, pharma and chemicals need batch and date tracking, so a recall can find where each batch went.
Where does this break down today?
Receipts are entered in the office
Goods arrive at the store and the record is opened that evening. In between, the system shows the wrong number.
Issues are never written down
"I took one" stays verbal. The gap appears at the count and nobody can explain it.
Nothing warns you
A dwindling item catches no one's eye; you learn it has run out at the moment you need it.
Counting takes days

Can we scan barcodes?

Because the form runs in the mobile app, a code scanned with the phone camera can be written into a field and the record opens against it. Field types and validation rules are configured without code.
Can we manage several stores or sites?

Yes. A unit hierarchy separates them: each unit sees its own stock and head office sees all. Transfers work across one record with steps on both sides.
Does it connect to purchasing?

Yes. An item below its threshold can open a request automatically, which then enters the purchase approval chain. Both processes run on the same engine, so nothing has to be re-keyed.
