INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for schools and course centres.

A school's work does not happen only in lessons. From application to graduation, every student is surrounded by attendance, exams, homework, parent meetings, absence requests, certificates and instalments. Tenderely BPM connects those steps into one flow without code, so teachers, administrators, accounts and parents each see their own part of the same record.

What does a school repeat every term?

01
Enrolment and fees
An application comes in, the student is placed in a class, fee items and discounts are set, and an instalment plan is created. At the start of term this happens hundreds of times.
02
Attendance and absence
Attendance is taken every lesson, and the parent of a student approaching the absence limit needs to hear about it in time.
03
Exams, homework and assessment
Exams, mock results, homework submissions and in-class assessments show where a student is heading over the term.
04
Parent communication
Announcements, meeting appointments, absence and leave requests. Parents should hear what is happening from the school, not from somewhere else.
05
Pastoral care and student health
Counselling sessions, behaviour records, sick-bay visits and health information must be kept so that only authorised staff can see them.
06
Instalments and collections
Which family has paid which instalment, who is late, and how much is still outstanding at the end of term should be known at any moment.

Where does this break down today?

Every office has its own spreadsheet
The registry keeps enrolment in one place, accounts keep instalments in another, teachers keep marks in their own books. The same student's details are updated in three places that never talk to each other.
Parents are the last to know
Absences, low marks or late instalments reach the parent only if someone remembers. The problem is noticed after it has grown.
Everyone sees everything, or nobody does
Health and counselling notes either sit in a shared folder open to all, or in a locked cabinet where they help nobody.
The head cannot see the totals
How many enrolments this term, which class has rising absence, how much is still to be collected — answering takes someone days of merging spreadsheets.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
One record around the student
Enrolment, attendance, marks, homework, meetings and instalments all attach to the same student file. Who changed what, and when, stays traceable.
02
Everyone sees their own work
Teachers see attendance and exams, accounts see instalments, counsellors see their sessions; the head sees all of it. The menu simplifies to each person's department.
03
Parents see their own child
A connected parent sees only their own child's attendance, marks and instalments, and receives announcements and notifications in their own account — never other students or the school's internal data.
04
Reminders send themselves
Payment reminders, absence alerts, low-mark notices and announcements go out in-app, by e-mail, SMS and push, personalised for each recipient.
05
Questions become a dashboard
Enrolment numbers, absence by class, exam averages, outstanding fees — these stop being a report you request and become numbers that are simply there.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made school setup?

+
Yes. The Education package installs with forms, workflows and a dashboard already in place, so a working setup opens within minutes. You then adjust each form to your own school or course centre and publish it — the package is a starting point, not a constraint.

Does it suit course and tutoring centres too?

+
Yes. Terms, classes, enrolment, attendance and collections are the same work in a school and in a course centre. You simply do not publish the parts you do not use, and there are separate ready-made setups for driving schools and career training.

Do parents and students get access?

+
If you want them to. Parents and students can be connected as linked external users who see only their own records, and receive announcements and notifications on the web or in the iOS and Android apps.

Is student data safe and compliant?

+
Data is kept private to your school, and unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what. On forms marked as sensitive every view is logged, so it is auditable who opened which student's health or counselling record.
