INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for accounting practices.

An accounting practice races a calendar, and its worst bottleneck is not inside the office — it is the client's paperwork. Tenderely BPM ties the filing calendar, document collection and fees into one flow, and brings the client into it too.

Isometric illustration of filing and document tracking in an accounting practice

What does an accounting practice repeat?

01
Client records
Company details, tax office, registration type and the responsible staff member belong together, so nothing is lost on handover.
02
Filing calendar
Every client has a different period and deadline. Without a calendar, busy season guarantees one gets missed.
03
Collecting documents
Invoices, statements and payroll have to arrive on time or work cannot start. Chasing them is the biggest time sink in the practice.
04
Internal review
A prepared filing needs a second pair of eyes. If the review is not a recorded step, nobody knows who checked it.
05
Fees and collection
Monthly fees, extra work and disbursements need tracking per client: how much was billed, how much came in.
06
Regulatory notices
A rule change has to reach the clients it affects; done by hand, some of them are missed.

Where does this break down today?

Chasing documents is half the job
Phone, chat, e-mail — what was asked of whom, and what actually arrived, is never in one place, so the same document gets requested twice.
The calendar is in one head
Who files what and when lives with a single senior accountant, and the practice slows down whenever they are away.
Review leaves no trace
If who checked a filing is not recorded, responsibility is unclear the moment an error surfaces.
Collection lags behind
Which client has not paid for months only becomes visible when somebody sits down and builds the list.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Clients upload their own documents
A public form link lets the client attach paperwork straight to the record without an account, so what was asked and what arrived sit in one place.
02
The calendar chases itself
A filing whose period is approaching raises a warning for the person responsible; timers and deadlines are part of the flow.
03
Review is a recorded step
The second check is a step in the flow; the next one does not open until it is approved, and the reviewer is recorded.
04
A view per client
Which job is at which stage, which document is missing, how much is uncollected — numbers on a dashboard rather than a report you request.
05
Notices in one go
Write the template once and every message goes out personalised with that client's details, in-app, by e-mail, SMS or push.
FAQ

Can clients upload documents themselves?

+
Yes. Publish the document-collection form publicly and share it as a link or embed it on your website. Uploads land on the right record and the client does not need a Tenderely account.

Every client has a different period — can we track that?

+
Yes. The period and deadline are fields on the record itself, and timers run against them. Upcoming and overdue work shows separately for each person responsible.

Is client data safe?

+
Data is kept private to your company, and unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what. On forms marked as sensitive every view is logged.
