INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for preschools and daycare.

At the end of every preschool day, each parent asks the same thing: did my child sleep, did they eat, how was today? A teacher has no time to tell every family separately. Tenderely BPM ties the daily log, attendance, observations and fees to the child's record, and the system adapts to how your setting works, not the other way round.

What does a preschool repeat?

01
Daily attendance
Every morning, each class needs to record who came, who did not and who collected the child.
02
Sleep and meal log
Sleep, meals and mood are noted daily, and parents want to see them during the day, not in the evening.
03
Development observations
Language, motor, social-emotional development and self-care are assessed each term and shared with the family.
04
Health and allergies
Allergies, chronic conditions, fevers, falls or medicine given must be on record, and parents informed in time.
05
Enrolment and agreement
A new application is reviewed by the office and confirmed with the parent's approval; fee, discount and payment plan are set at that moment.
06
Fees and activities
Monthly fees should be collected on time, and for trips and activities it should be clear in advance whether parental consent is needed.

Where does this break down today?

Daily reports live in chat apps
At the end of the day the teacher messages each parent separately. On a busy day someone is forgotten and the parent has to ask at the door.
Attendance is on paper
A paper register cannot be searched. Ask how many days a child attended this month and the answer has to be counted.
Health information is scattered
When allergies sit in one file and incidents in another notebook, a new teacher only finds out by asking.
Fees are chased by hand
Who has not paid this month lives in a spreadsheet, and reminders go out whenever someone remembers.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Attendance on one screen
Pick a class and its children fill the register automatically, so the teacher completes it without opening a record per child.
02
Parents see their own child
A parent is invited as a linked user and reads only their own child's daily log and development observations in the app.
03
Enrolment approval with the parent
After the office review, the enrolment agreement goes to the parent, who approves it in the app and the enrolment is completed.
04
Health data is protected
Because the child record holds health information it is marked sensitive and every view is logged. When a health incident is recorded, the right people are notified.
05
Reminders send themselves
Fee due dates, overdue payments, activities needing consent and the daily register trigger in-app, e-mail, SMS or push notifications.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made preschool setup?

+
Yes. The Preschool & Daycare package installs with forms, the enrolment approval workflow, dashboards and reports. Forms arrive as drafts and automations start switched off, so you adjust them to your setting and then publish.

Can parents see other children's information?

+
No. A parent who accepts the invitation sees only the records of the child linked to them, and you decide which fields are visible.

Can teachers enter records from a phone?

+
Yes. A published form works on the web and in the iOS/Android app at the same time, so attendance, daily logs and observations are entered from the classroom on a phone.
