Appointments and booking without code.

Taking a booking is easy; not double-booking, reminding the no-shows and seeing cancellations in time are the hard parts. Tenderely BPM makes the appointment a record, the approval a step and the reminder an automation — all without code.

What does a booking process repeat?

01
Taking the request
If bookings come by phone, somebody is always on the phone. Requests need to be able to arrive on their own.
02
Checking availability
Person, room, equipment — whichever resources a booking needs, all of them must be free at once.
03
Approval
Some bookings confirm immediately and some need approval; both belong in the same flow.
04
Reminders
Unreminded appointments have a high no-show rate, and an empty slot is never recovered.
05
Cancellation and rescheduling
A cancelled slot can only be resold if the cancellation is visible immediately.
06
No-show tracking
When you record who failed to turn up and how often, a policy such as a deposit becomes enforceable.

Where does this break down today?

Bookings arrive by phone
Requests outside working hours are lost, and inside them they consume one person's entire day.
Clashes are inevitable
A diary or shared calendar does not check two resources at once, so two bookings land on one slot.
Reminders are sent by hand
On a busy day they are skipped, no-shows rise, and nobody knows the rate.
Cancellations surface late
A cancelled slot is noticed on the day itself and cannot be resold.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Requests come from your site
Publish the booking form publicly and embed it on your website or share it as a link; requests drop straight into the process with no account needed.
02
Clashes are blocked
Resource availability is checked together, so a second booking cannot open on a taken slot.
03
Reminders send themselves
In-app, e-mail, SMS and push. Write the template once and each message goes out personalised from the record.
04
Approval when you need it
For booking types that require it, approval is a step in the flow and nothing confirms until it is given.
05
No-shows recorded
A missed appointment goes on the record, the rate becomes visible, and policy rests on data.
FAQ

Can we embed the booking form on our own site?

+
Yes. The form is published publicly and embedded on your website or shared as a link. Every request drops straight into your process and the person booking does not need a Tenderely account.

Does it stop two bookings on one slot?

+
Yes. A booking is tied to its resources — person, room, equipment — and availability is checked together, so a second record cannot open on a taken slot.

Can reminders go by SMS?

+
Yes. In-app, e-mail, SMS and push channels are available. When they go out — a day before, for example — is set with a timer, and the template is written once.
