INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for dental clinics.

A dental clinic's work is not lost in the chair — it is lost in the dozens of small steps around it: booking, reminders, treatment plans, the lab, approvals, payments. Tenderely BPM connects those steps into one flow without code, and it adapts to how your clinic already works rather than the other way round.

Isometric illustration of appointment and patient record workflows in a dental clinic

What does a dental clinic repeat every week?

01
Appointments and reminders
Booking against each dentist's availability, with a reminder the day before. A no-show costs you both the chair and the revenue.
02
Patient records and history
Identity, contact details, medical history, allergies and past treatments need to sit together, so nothing is lost when a different dentist takes over.
03
Treatment plans and consent
For multi-session treatment the plan, the cost and the patient's approval must be in writing. A verbal agreement turns into a dispute later.
04
Laboratory work
Sending impressions, tracking delivery dates and chasing delays. When the lab is late, the appointment slips too.
05
Payments and instalments
Cash, instalments and insurance-covered amounts — you need to see how much was collected at which session.
06
Recall calls
Post-treatment checks and routine cleaning recalls are the cheapest source of new appointments a clinic has — and the first thing forgotten when tracked by hand.

Where does this break down today?

The information lives in three places
Appointments in a diary, the treatment plan in a chat app, payments in a spreadsheet. Usually one receptionist holds all three in their head — and the clinic slows down the week they take leave.
Reminders depend on a person
Someone has to send them. On a busy day they are skipped, no-shows go up, and nobody knows the actual number.
Consent is not written down
In a "that is not the price I agreed to" conversation, the side without a record is the side that loses.
Nobody can see the total
How many treatments stalled this month, which lab is running late, how much is still uncollected — those answers only appear if somebody sits down and adds them up.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
One record, one history
Patient, appointment, treatment and payment become parts of the same record. Who changed what, and when, stays traceable.
02
Reminders send themselves
In-app, e-mail, SMS and push. You write the template once and every message goes out personalised with that record's details.
03
Approval is a step in the flow
The treatment plan goes to the patient for approval, and the next step does not open until it is given. The agreement is recorded as a by-product.
04
Usable chairside, on a phone
A form you publish runs on the web and in the iOS and Android apps at once, so intra-oral photos attach straight to the record.
05
Questions become a dashboard
Stalled treatments, late lab work, uncollected balances — these stop being a report you request and become numbers that are simply there.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made dental clinic setup?

+
Yes. The Dental Clinic package installs with forms, workflows and a dashboard already in place, so a working setup opens within minutes. You then adjust each form to your own clinic and publish it — the package is a starting point, not a constraint.

Do patients get access to the system?

+
If you want them to. A patient can be connected as a linked external user who sees only their own record, treatment plan and any step awaiting their approval — never your internal data. You can also embed the booking form on your own website so patients open requests themselves.

Is patient data safe and compliant?

+
Data is kept private to your company, and unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what. On forms marked as sensitive every view is logged, so it is auditable who opened which patient record.
