INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for career training providers.

A career course's work does not end on training day. Applications are reviewed, participants are placed in a cohort, a contract and instalment plan are agreed; then come sessions, assessments and certificates, and afterwards someone needs to know whether graduates found work. Tenderely BPM connects those steps into one flow without code, so trainers, the training coordinator, accounts and participants each see their own part of the same record.

What does a career training provider repeat every intake?

01
Programmes and cohorts
Which programme starts when, how many places each cohort has, which trainer runs which session. Every new intake rebuilds this plan.
02
Applications and screening
Applications come in, prerequisites and interviews are reviewed, suitable candidates are accepted. Who made the decision, and on what basis, should still be visible later.
03
Enrolment, contract and instalments
An accepted candidate signs the enrolment contract and a fee and instalment plan is set. If payments are not followed up on time, arrears build up by the end of the programme.
04
Session attendance
Attendance is taken every session. A participant whose absences are growing needs to be noticed in time, because the certificate usually depends on attendance.
05
Assessment and certificates
Assignments, project submissions and exams are graded; participants who meet the requirements receive a certificate, and those who do not know why.
06
Satisfaction and job placement
Satisfaction is surveyed at the end of the programme, and which partner company each graduate joined is tracked. This is the real measure of a course's success.

Where does this break down today?

Applications in one place, enrolment in another
Applications sit in a form, enrolment in a spreadsheet, payments with accounts, attendance in the trainer's list. The same participant's details are updated in places that never talk to each other.
Absence is noticed too late
It becomes clear that a participant has missed the certificate requirement only when it is too late. A warning a few sessions earlier would have left room to catch up.
Certificates are prepared by hand
Who met the requirements is checked spreadsheet by spreadsheet, and certificates are filled in manually. Errors and delays pile up at this step.
Nobody knows what happens after graduation
Asked how many graduates found work, or which programme performs best, the answer is a guess. The provider's strongest marketing evidence goes unrecorded.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
One record around the participant
Application, enrolment, contract, instalments, attendance, assessment, certificate and placement all attach to the same participant file. Who changed what, and when, stays traceable.
02
Everyone sees their own work
Trainers see their sessions and assessments, accounts see instalments, the coordinator sees applications; management sees all of it. The menu simplifies to each person's job.
03
Participants see their own record
A connected participant sees only their own attendance, results, instalments and certificate, and receives announcements and notifications in their own account — never other participants' data.
04
Reminders send themselves
Instalment reminders, absence alerts, session announcements and the satisfaction survey go out in-app, by e-mail, SMS and push, personalised for each recipient.
05
Questions become a dashboard
Fill rate per programme, attendance, pass and certification rates, outstanding fees, graduate placement rate — these stop being a report you request and become numbers that are simply there.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made setup for career training?

+
Yes. The Career Training School package installs with forms, approval workflows and a dashboard already in place, so a working setup opens within minutes. You then adjust each form to your own organisation and publish it — the package is a starting point, not a constraint.

How is it different from the school setup?

+
The school setup is built around terms, classes, parent communication and student welfare. Career training focuses on adult participants, application screening, certificates and getting graduates into work. Both run on the same platform; you start with whichever is closer to your needs.

Can participants and partner companies get access?

+
If you want them to. Participants can be connected as linked external users who see only their own records, and receive announcements and notifications on the web or in the iOS and Android apps. Placement tracking is your internal record; you decide whether to open any of it to companies.

Is participant data safe?

+
Data is kept private to your organisation, and unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what. On forms marked as sensitive every view is logged, so it is auditable who opened whose personal information.
