INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for barbers and hair salons.

At a barber shop the day is spent at the chair and the sums are done at night: who served how many customers, what commission each barber earned, how many visits are left on whose package, who missed their appointment. Tenderely BPM ties appointments, tickets and packages to the customer's card, and the system adapts to how your shop works, not the other way round.

What does a barber shop repeat?

01
Appointments and the day plan
You need to know which barber sees whom at what time, and no-shows belong on record so a deposit policy rests on data.
02
Tickets and the till
Each customer's services and products, discount, tip and payment method belong on one ticket; daily revenue comes from there.
03
Barber commission
Commission depends on who did the work. If the ticket does not say who, the month-end calculation turns into an argument.
04
Package cards
On cards that give a free visit after a set number of paid ones, the remaining balance should drop with every visit, and the customer should be reminded before the card expires.
05
Product stock and expenses
Products sold and consumables used should come out of stock, and rent, utilities and purchases should be seen against the day's profit.
06
Shifts, leave and complaints
Opening and closing shifts need planning, leave should not be approved without seeing who else is off, and an unhappy customer should not go unrecorded.

Where does this break down today?

One person holds the book
When the person keeping the appointment book is away, nobody knows who is coming when; a slot is double-booked or a chair sits empty.
Commission is added up by hand
If who did which job is scattered, commission is calculated manually at month end, which takes time and invites disputes.
Remaining visits are disputed
When a package balance depends on a paper card or memory, you lose either the customer's goodwill or the money owed.
No-shows stay invisible
If missed appointments are never counted, a deposit or penalty policy is decided on a hunch.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Commission and revenue from data
Because the barber is on every ticket, revenue and commission per barber, tips and payment methods read off the dashboard, and the end-of-day report is ready.
02
The balance is on record
A package card's remaining visits are calculated as total minus used, and the balance drops when the package is used on a ticket.
03
Customers see their own card
A customer is invited as a linked user and sees their own card, package balance and visit history, and can open a complaint from their own account.
04
Leave and complaints in a workflow
A leave request passes a shift check and the owner's approval; a complaint closes with the barber's view and the shop's decision.
05
Reminders send themselves
Appointments, birthdays, expiring packages, low product stock and low ratings trigger in-app, e-mail, SMS or push notifications.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made barber setup?

+
Yes. The Barber & Hair Salon package installs with forms, leave and complaint workflows, dashboards and reports. Forms arrive as drafts and automations start switched off, so you adjust them to your shop and then publish.

Several barbers work here. Will it get confusing?

+
No. Appointments, tickets and complaints always belong to a barber, and revenue, commission and ratings are read per barber. Unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what.

Can customers see other people's information?

+
No. A customer who accepts the invitation sees only their own card and records, and you decide which fields are visible.
