INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for beauty centres.

A beauty centre earns in the treatment room and loses everywhere around it: how many sessions of a package are left, which therapist earned what, who stopped coming. Tenderely BPM ties those to one record, and the system adapts to how the centre already works.

Isometric illustration of booking and session tracking in a beauty centre

What does a beauty centre repeat?

01
Booking and therapist assignment
A booking depends on both the therapist and the room. Track only one of them and clashes are inevitable.
02
Session package tracking
How many sessions of the package were used, how many remain, when it expires — asked every time the client walks in.
03
Client history and sensitivities
Treatments given, products used and known allergies must stay on the record so nothing is lost when the therapist changes.
04
Staff commission
Commission depends on who performed which treatment. Without a record, month-end turns into an argument.
05
Product stock
Product consumed in a treatment has to come off stock; discovering an empty bottle on the day cancels the session.
06
Win-back
Calling a client who has not visited for a while costs far less than finding a new one.

Where does this break down today?

One person holds the diary
When they take leave, nobody knows who is coming when — you get double bookings and empty chairs in the same week.
Remaining sessions are disputed
The client says two sessions were left. If the record is unclear, the centre loses either the money or the client.
Commission is added up at month-end
When who-did-what is scattered, commission is totalled by hand: slow, and open to challenge.
Lapsed clients are invisible
Nobody holds a list of clients who have not been in for three months, so the loss is never noticed and never recovered.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
Bookings without clashes
Therapist and room availability are checked together, so two bookings cannot open on the same slot.
02
Remaining sessions on the record
The package sale and every use belong to the same record. What is left is a number on screen, not a guess.
03
Commission falls out of the data
Because the performer is recorded, commission does not wait for month-end and is not totalled by hand.
04
Reminders send themselves
Appointment reminders and expiring-package warnings go out in-app, by e-mail, SMS or push.
05
Therapists work from a phone
A published form runs on the web and in the iOS and Android apps at once, so before-and-after photos attach straight to the record.
FAQ

Can we track package and session sales?

+
Yes. A package sale is a record and every use is a step on it, so remaining sessions and the expiry date sit on the record itself. You can set a reminder for packages about to expire.

Can clients book themselves?

+
Yes. Publish the booking form publicly and embed it on your own website or share it as a link. Requests drop straight into your process, and the client does not need a Tenderely account.

Are client details and photos safe?

+
Data is kept private to your company, and unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what. On forms marked as sensitive, every view is logged.
