INDUSTRY SOLUTION

Process management and software for veterinary clinics.

In a veterinary clinic the work depends as much on the owner's memory as on the animal: when was the vaccine given, which medicine, when is the check-up due. Tenderely BPM moves that knowledge into the clinic's own records and lets the system do the chasing — without code.

What does a veterinary clinic repeat?

01
Animal and owner records
Species, breed, age, weight and the owner's contact details belong together, and the history must survive a change of owner.
02
Vaccination and parasite schedule
Every vaccine has a due date. Without a schedule there is no reminder, and the animal simply does not come back.
03
Examination and treatment notes
Findings, diagnosis and prescribed medication must be written down so the vet on the next shift sees the same history.
04
Surgery consent
Informed consent is required before an operation. A verbal yes is open to dispute afterwards.
05
Stock and medication
Low stock of vaccines, serum or feed has to surface early; running out of a critical drug cancels an appointment.
06
Recall calls
Post-treatment checks and routine vaccination recalls are the cheapest channel carrying a clinic's recurring revenue.

Where does this break down today?

The history is in the owner's head
"Which vaccine did we give last year?" is usually answered from memory. Even a paper day-book cannot be searched.
Reminders cannot go out
If the schedule lives in a spreadsheet, somebody must send each reminder by hand. On a busy day it is skipped, and that animal never returns.
Consent has no record
When an objection follows an operation, a clinic with no record that the owner was informed has nothing to stand on.
Stock runs out unnoticed
You learn a drug has finished at the moment you need it, and the procedure planned for that day slips.

What changes with Tenderely BPM

01
One history per animal
Exams, vaccines, prescriptions and payments become parts of the same record, and who did what stays traceable.
02
Recalls send themselves
A vaccine that falls due triggers a reminder in-app, by e-mail, SMS or push. You write the template once.
03
Consent is a step in the flow
The consent goes to the owner and the next step does not open until it is given; the agreement is recorded as a by-product.
04
Owners see their own record
An owner connects as a linked external user and sees only their animal's record and any step awaiting them — never your clinical data.
05
Stock thresholds warn you
Anything that drops below the level you set raises a warning, so an order opens before the drug runs out.
FAQ

Is there a ready-made veterinary setup?

+
Yes. The Veterinary Clinic package installs with forms, workflows and a dashboard in place, so a working setup opens within minutes. You then adjust each form to your own clinic and publish it.

Do pet owners get access?

+
If you want them to. An owner connects as a linked external user and sees only their own animal's record, prescriptions and any step awaiting approval. You can also embed the booking form on your website so owners open requests themselves.

We have several vets — does that get confusing?

+
No. Appointments are booked against each vet's availability and clashes are blocked. Unit-, role- and field-level permissions decide who sees what, and each vet can be limited to their own patients.
