A booking system sells the room; the hundreds of small tasks around it run the hotel. Is the room ready, who was told about the fault, what happened to the guest's request. Tenderely BPM ties those tasks into one flow — it does not replace your PMS.
Which room is cleaned, ready, or awaiting inspection — if that must be known now, it cannot be asked over the radio.
02
Reporting faults
With no record between the person reporting and the person fixing, the same fault is reported repeatedly and none of them closes.
03
Guest requests
Extra pillow, late check-out, transfer — who picked it up and whether it was done should not live in reception's memory.
04
Planned maintenance
Lifts, air conditioning, fire systems: a missed service is both a risk and a penalty.
05
Supplies and stores
Linen, cleaning products and minibar stock need ordering when they run low, not when they run out.
06
Quality inspections
Room scores and findings belong on the record; an unclosed finding simply reappears at the next inspection.
Where does this break down today?
Room status travels by radio
Housekeeping calls it in, reception writes it down. At peak hours the information goes stale and a guest is sent to a room that is not ready.
Faults are not tracked
A fault is written on paper or passed on verbally; because nobody knows whether it closed, it gets reported again.
Guest requests are forgotten
A request not handed over at shift change disappears, and the guest has to ask twice.
Service dates slip
When the maintenance calendar lives with one person, dates pass whenever they are away.
What changes with Tenderely BPM
01
Room status in real time
Housekeeping marks it on a phone and reception sees it at once. Status becomes a record, not an estimate.
02
Faults stay open until closed
A fault is a step: it goes to the person responsible, carries a deadline, and does not leave the list until closed.
03
Requests survive shift change
A guest request goes to a role rather than a person, so it stays open across shifts instead of vanishing.
04
Maintenance reminds itself
A timer opens the service when it falls due, warns the person responsible, and anything overdue shows on a dashboard.
05
Inspection scores accumulate
Because room inspections use the same form, comparing floors, teams and periods becomes meaningful.
FAQ
Does this replace our PMS?
+
No. Tenderely BPM does not sell rooms. It runs the operation after the sale — housekeeping, maintenance, guest requests, supplies and inspections — and can exchange data with your PMS through the API or webhooks.
Can guests raise requests themselves?
+
Yes. A public form link or QR code drops the request straight into your process with no account needed. It goes to the right role and stays open until closed.
Will housekeeping staff manage the app?
+
The form runs in the iOS and Android apps and each person sees only their own rooms and the step to complete. Photos and location attach directly, and records sync as soon as there is a connection.
